pre-wash microfiber question

Is there any harm in leaving APC or detergent residue in towels from pre-wash



I like to pre-soak/wash towels to prevent staining and then gather enough towels to do a full load



I soak towels / agitate in a bucket and wring out, then let air dry and store for machine washing later, sometimes many weeks later



I could rinse them, but is it necessary? I`m not sure if leaving towels this way for several days will cause any problems with the microfiber

I just leave mine in the soak solution. Might be over a month before I have enough for a load. I also do at least three rinses when I do wash, the second to last with white vinegar. Haven`t ever noticed a problem except with dark blue towels that seem to bleed forever so those are done separately.

I`ve never had any problems and I`ve let MFs soak in APC and I`ve let APC dry on them and stay that way, both for weeks.
