Never said "what vehicle", but have strong doubts it "real carbon fiber", more likely a "decal/applicae" of carbon fiber.

Who knows, just hard to understand, but if just the film, any good, low solvent, polish will do as Jon says.

I got rolls of the "decal/applicae" of the stuff, use it all the time to "up-date" for people over their faded, etc interior parts.

It`s a 06 acura tl. Its not film and its not real carbon fiber. Its a plastic piece.

"it`s a plastic piece", it is not carbon fiber. It is plastic with a carbon fiber grain in the molding.

Yes, Is Klasse AIO good to use? Will it remove the light scratches and bring back the shine?

Yup!, and thing you use on the paint, but not with a "machine" will do the job. Just take your time, not too much pressure, and work the product.
