I know a lot of directions say to do an IPA wipedown and such before using OS, but i`m just wondering if I can use it over DG105?

OS works over just about anything without any additional work.

Yes should be no problem . I found it even bonding over AW. I have my Vette done with with 601/105 & AW. I liked the look , but was missing something so I did a layer of OS over it and that did the trick. I was using OS vers.#1 , now will hit it again and prob again to use up the vers1.

I think OS will bond to just about anything. Great for sprucing up coatings too.

Really made the Silver Vette look good with just the one coat . Much better than the AW that was on it.

I am very impressed of DG105 on my DD Tahoe. Never expected the shine and cleaning ability of 105. """When the labels of Duragloss’ Bug Remover andWater Spot Remover say they will not remove durable polishes, this is the durable polish they’re referring to. TPP #105 shields the paint through automatic car washes, acid rain and spot cleaners for up to a year.""""""" Maybe I should top it with OS....

I agree, no reason to use AW when you can OS with the same, or less work. AW does work well as a drying aid though.

OS will go over anything, but it hardly lasts ime. There are many options that feel slicker, and maybe require a wipe through instead of walking away (which OS still needs a little wiping imo).

For a truely easy "topper" or final wiper, Hydro2 has been the easiest, slickest, and best looking "walk away" product I have used to date! Highly impressed! I went over with OS or the next wash and the slickness dropped, with no difference in look vs hydro2 for my particular paint (I use one door for testing "toppers" on my 4-door, having two sides to compare against).

For a wiped off shiner I still love Red Mist and fk425.
