Hey Guys,

Just picked up a new CRV and being a black colored car, I know that I am already facing an uphill battle in regards to maintaining the finish. Another downside is this car parks next to sprinklers that can`t always be 100% adjusted not to over spray on the vehicle.

What is the best defensive measure I can take here? Opti Coat?

Anyone have a detailer they can recommend around the western San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles?

Thanks!

There is no shortage of top detailers in LA. Opti coat would be my first choice. But why did you get black??????? :D

Opti-Coat would be my first choice as well. It won`t prevent hard water spots from appearing, nothing really will, but it will prevent any etching damage from occurring and make cleaning the spots off much easier. I`d go with Opti-Glass on the windows as well.

Sounds good.

If anyone has a referral for me, please let me know.

Thanks!
