Water spots and paint drips

Hey guys/gals



My car came back from the body shop and 2 issues I have.



First...my taillight had 2 paint drops on it.



And second.. my instrument gauge cluster plastic lens has spots on it that won`t cone off. I`m thinking whoevet cleaned my interior after the work sprayed cleaner directly onto the lens.



I would really appreciate some inout on how to fix this.
