2008 Quattroporte and 2012 GX460. We were originally supposed to do the owner`s Maserati and his Ferrari F430 but since his wife was home sick with the flu, he had us detail the Lexus instead to surprise her. Fine by me, Ferrari was just going to be a wash and wax, Lexus was a full detail.

I`d detailed the Maserati about a year or so ago. Its obvious its a daily driver, interior had a lot of debris in it, wheels were absolutely black with brake dust and he certainly isn`t shy about driving it in the rain. The GX460 is new, replaced their older one. It was in really good shape overall, paint was excellent. The Maserati could use a full correction but since he is happy with the way it looks after its polished and waxed and its a driver, he`d rather give that kind of attention to the F430.

Quattroporte:

ONR wash, Opti-Raser (pink) to clay

ONR and Optimum Power Clean @ 3:1 to clean the wheels

Optimum Hyper Polish using an Optimum MF cutting pad and my Meguiars G110 v2

Optimum Opti-Seal

ONR wash and wax @ 32:1 to clean glass

Armor All to dress tires/wheel wells

Woolite/water @ 20:1 to clean leather and vinyl

3D Carpet Shampoo @ 16:1 to clean the carpets and mats

Meguiars Interior QD to dress the vinyl

Duragloss #221 Leather Conditioner to treat the leather

LX460:

ONR wash, Opti-Raser Pink

Optimum G-P-S using an Optimum MF polishing pad and my G110 v2 <---only way we were finishing an unplanned SUV that day was a true one step

ONR wash and wax @ 32:1 to clean glass

Armor All to dress tires/wheel wells

3D Trim Protectant on all exterior trim

We did the interior as well (same steps as the Maserati), just forgot to take pics.

Not sure what that is at the front of the hood by the emblem (2nd pic), wasn`t marring, maybe just some odd reflection. What little swirling is left is only apparent if you get right up on the paint.

Sorry these two are a touch blurry, shot them at 1/8th and 1/6th of a second respectively, without a tripod...

Scottwax, I have a question. I see that you like to use ONR wash and wax @ 32:1 to clean glass. Is the ONR portion at the diluted wash strength of 1oz/2gal water, or something else?

Paint wasn`t sticky, so probably not a Subaru paint. But it really is great looking paint, not generally a fan of brown but this version I like.

1 oz of ONR wash and wax and 32 oz of water. Makes the glass feel pretty slick, rain beads up and rolls off quickly.
