Sorry if this is a repeat but this thread might have a twist. I go through gallons and gallons of degreaser and I have been using the red meguiars degreaser with good results. I`d like to try some other (cheaper) degreasers and see if they work as well. The meguiars stuff is great but it tears up my hands and it`s pricey. Pics of stuff I was scrubbing today.

P21s Total Auto Wash is a d-limonene (citrus) based cleaner / degreaser, which can be diluted as required to suit the problem

Is the application routinely quite industrial as your pictures suggest? If so and if you do use the quantities noted, the P21s will probably be way too expensive. You should try to find a local supplier of industrial cleaners. You will not find known brand names but have a chat with them and they should be able to recommend you an industrial degreasing product which will be quite safe and would save you a small fortune.

Ensure that you comply with HS&E regulations and any other (local) airport requirements. You will also need an airport permit, water reclamation an absolute must unless you’re doing a ‘dry wash’. Before you start, contact both the airport manager and the fixed base operator (FBO) on the field

Aircraft detailing products and cheap are not words that are often used together; check - Jetstream Aviation Products - Home (http://www.jetstreamproducts.com/) for approved products

Thanks. I have all the proper paperwork for doing business at the airport and I do most of my washing at the wash rack.

Yes, this is 99% of my degreasing.

What about the 3D (green) APC?
