It`s been a long time since I did any detailing on the wife`s car and it was looking a little tired. It sits outside 24/7, sees lots of highway miles, and the dealer has neglected to listen to her request of not washing the car more than once (they use the green brooms to wash btw). I went over it with D300/MF followed by Sonax Perfect finish. I just took some quick after pics as I had to get this all done in one day and it was more about the coating anyway....pics are 24hrs after curing.

Thoughts on the product:

Nice darkening/richening effect

Slick feel

Easy application

Like the exclusivity and 2yr warranty

I will keep an eye on the durability over the winter but if it`s anything like the normal version I`m sure it will be just fine. ;)

Happy wife! :)

Looks nice. How would you compare the looks to a traditional sealant?

Nice.

That is one of the cars on my radar to replace my Regal GS. I love that color, too!

I would say it`s very similar, but I actually haven`t seen it the sun yet. :)

Thanks Randy. She loves this car but I`d probably say stay away from it....too many electrical gremlins and the auto trans is not up to par with the rest of the Acura line! The SH-AWD is a blast in the winter though! ;)

Looking flawless Chad. Beautiful color too.

Thanks Jeff! So how did it go on your girls Accord?

That`s definitely looking good!

Thanks Charlie!

I made a quick video last night after washing the wife`s car for the first time since I coated it. :)

That looks pretty darn good!

That Nighthawk Black Pearl looks darn close to my Honda Fit`s Crystal Black Pearl.

When in direct sunlight the blue/purple flakes shimmer nicely.

It`s almost like they sprayed black, then clear was blue/purple specks in it?!

Looks great, Chad!!

Have you had a chance to use Gtechniq EXO yet?

I have been using it quite a bit and it looks/beads incredible, but not sure about the durability yet...

Keep up the great work!
