I picked up some Nitro Seal to use on my `06 Ford Fusion that lives its life outside 24/7. I finally had the chance to apply it last week. The front half of the car has been resprayed by a previous owner on the cheap and suffers from some serious orange peel as well as a considerable amount of dust in the clear coat.
I did a quick one step polish to remove all the various waxes and sealants that were already on the car (BlackFire Wet Diamond, Klasse Twins, Zymol Glaze, FK 1000p, etc.) Once I verified that all previous product was removed I proceeded with the Nitro Seal.
Very easy two-step application by hand. I decided to do it by hand instead of by PC because I had no non-abrasive PC pads. The first part is sort of a thin liquid. It says in the instructions that a little goes a long way. That`s an understatement. I should have gotten a pipette and just dripped 5-6 drops on the pad, that would have been enough for the whole car! As is, I feel I used too much. The second part is a bit thicker. I needed a little more, but no matter, I had plenty. I allowed it to cure for ~3 hours. Buffing off was equally easy 9except the MF towel that`s included with the NS is terrible.) On par with Blackfire and other east-to-remove sealants. It left behind an extreme shine and a slightly greasy feel.
Results after the first coat:

Applied another coat a bit later on.
