Can Optimum Hyper Polish be used out in the sun

Can the polish be applied outside in the direct sun?

You can use OHC and OHP in the sun. Obviously it is best of you use it in the shade but if you have no choice it works fine in the sun but it will dust a bit.

I was very impressed how easy is was to use in the sun esp. on a black ram pickup.
