My second to last step on most paint corrections I do involves me using Lake Country CCS or any LC white pad and most of the time Optimum Spray Polish. I have noticed a handful of times that on a brand new pad there are little dots of hard dried polish. I usually use the same pad for 2-3 small panels and switch to a new pad again or a clean one and throw the dirty one into a bucket of Snappy Clean to soak. Today I had 2 pads in a row have this issue where it gets little dots of it in a ring and no matter how much soaking or washing I do they stay in there and are rough to the point where I am sure it will scratch the paint surface...
I have never had this issue before until about 3 months ago and every now and then it happens. I am not sure if it`s the spray polish because it mostly does it with that but SOMETIMES it does it with any typical polish. Anyone here have any solutions, suggestions, opinions or info?
