It`s time....need to replace some old towels. Need two types:

-Towels for QD/Spray wax

-Drying towels - I use mostly ONR or other rinseless washes.

I`m looking for a combo of quality and decent price, so I am open to suggestions. I`ve looked at Pak Shak, Microfiber Tech, and a couple of other places. I am open to any all suggestions.

Also, for ONR drying I have been using mostly plush towels (Viking) but perhaps I could mix a few WW in there?

Thanks in advance. Tried posting in another forum and the only answer I received was "COBRA!" :)

Check with Rob Regan, he`s a member here and imports and sells very high quality towels at a very good price, WCD Detailing is his other company, not sure what he named the towel company.

Thanks, Lonnie.

That`s the one, known Rob for many years and one will never meet a more honest person.

I still use them for some towels, even though I can get others for free from some people.

His towels are that much better, just that he doesn`t sew in some brand label and charge 50% more for the "brand".

Which particular towels from him do you use? Does he stock any drying towels? Did not see any. However, the towels in general look awesome for the price!

That`s a nice looking deal on his site too. $50 orders get a bottle of Opti-seal included for free.

We use the Ultra Orange towels from Towel Pros for rinseless drying, QDing and spray waxing. We also use WW towels from Towel Pros to dry rinseless but I don`t think he has them in stock now.

Rob is definitely a stand-up guy...he drops by and posts fairly frequently so send him a PM. He recently had a good deal for some really nice towels a few weeks ago that got some good member reviews:

There are tons of MF towels sellers but only a handful of manufacturers - Subsequently, you will run into places that sell towel "A" for $ while another store will sell the exact same towel for $$$

A good quality towel may cost more, but it will last longer. The most important thing to remember is that a good quality micro fibre towel will provide better cleaning results and is less likely to cause surface scratches than lesser quality towels Micro fibre quality is very often reflected in the purchase price, best advice; use only high quality micro fibre towels from a reputable source

There are myriads of Micro fibre towels available towels, however quality lessens the choices; some towel suppliers that provide high quality towels-

• Optimum Microfiber Towel

• PakShack MICROPAK Micro Fiber

• Sonus Der Wunder Buffing Towel

I`ve been using this WW for 10 years and it is still very soft and absorbant Neatitems | Micro Fiber Waffle Weave Bath Towels (http://neatitems.com/Micro-Fiber-Waffle-Weave-Bath-Towels-24x48.html) I just wash them with laundry detergent and a little Dawn and add vinegar to the rinse water. They come in various sizes and I believe shipping over $25 is free. Their other fluffy MF towels are very, very soft, but I`ve never been able to get them to stop linting even after many washes.

You can find those types of towels much cheaper through MicrofiberTech. Also if you like to buy in bulk you can sign up for a wholesale acct through MFTech and save much more.
