Basically I just bought this set of wheels for $450. They retail each for $330 so I got an amazing deal. They have some minor chips on the rim that I`m not worried about.
On the face of the spokes he had them stored in cardboard stacked so the face of the spokes has little scratches on the surface. None big enough to feel with my fingernail.
They are powdercoated satin black so I was just wondering if you can polish out matte powdercoat?
