Newbie: Will these scratches come out [PICS]

Hey Guys,



My kids caused some scratches on my uncles brand new CRV; they are on the black plastic surrounding the windshield on the drivers side and rear window plastic trim.



I want to fix the scratches; either myself by getting the right products or professionally by a detailer.



Can these scratches be repaired?
