IMO, P21S makes some of the best products but sheesh, their spray bottles are beyond horrible. The sprayers that come with TAW and the wheel cleaner dribble so bad that you get more product on the ground and dripping down your arm than on the car. By contrast, the spray bottles that my Pinnacle Crystal Mist came in are outstanding. Same for Zaino and all the Duragloss spray products. The 303 AP sprayer is also very good. What`s with P21S? What are the best and worst you`ve experienced from other product lines?

I just use generic spray bottles, and I`m happy with them.

Something like these:

Amazon.com: Generic Spray Bottle (16 oz): Automotive (http://www.amazon.com/Generic-Spray-Bottle-16-oz/dp/B005JPJOGW)

and for the tops I use something like these:

Tolco 9-1/4" Grey Model 320CR Trigger Sprayer Chemical Resistant Dip Tube | Tolco 9-1/4" Grey Model 320CR Trigger Sprayer Chemical Resistant Dip Tube (http://www.bigpaintstore.com/tol-110542.html?cmp=googleproducts-wiz&kw=tol-110542&utm_source=tol-110542&utm_medium=shopping%2Bengine&utm_campaign=googleproducts-wiz)

Cheap and effective :)

Those are the best, most resistant to acids, alkaline chemicals.

Forget all the rest, buy the best, and these are it.

They use Vitex seals and stainless springs, which will withstand chemicals.

Most use simple o-rings and aluminum springs, which is why they soon stop pumping and start leaking.

I have a spare grey one like the one pictured. I`ll swap it out on one of my APC bottles.

I`ve been looking for new sprayers and I think I`ll check those out. They`re cheap enough to at least take a gamble on.

Like any mass produced product, once in a while a dud shows up, but compared to other brands of sprayer heads, less show up with these.

I learned about them a few years ago as VG started distributing them when Tim got fed up with selling sprayheads that were junk, he found these and that`s how I got hooked on them.

As Bill notes, US Plastics is an excellent source of these viton sprayers for short $$$. I`ve got half dozen or so. I think all are still working.

Brad came up with this non-conventional source: http://www.autopia.org/forum/car-detailing/137605-interesting-source-bottles-sprayers-more.html

Ohh, when money is no object, look at the Kwazar: http://www.autopia.org/forum/car-detailing-product-discussion/137579-kwazar-spray-bottle.html

And don`t forget the SOLO brand pump up sprayers!! They`re an excellent value.

Like any mass produced product, once in a while a dud shows up, but compared to other brands of sprayer heads, less show up with these. ....and I certanly expect a dud or two especially at this price point. I`ve been loking to replace the rest of my aging sprayers due to their dismal performance. The exception is a sprayer I grabbed on impulse from Target a few months back. It has worked flawlessly and I had been planning on picking up a few more of them but was concerned with using certain chemicals in those (since I don`t know if the internals are appropriate for those applications). ....the volume of product that sprayer delivers is terrific IMO/IME (and no leaks, clogs, "sticking", etc.).

In either case, I think I will grab ~ 6 of these for starters and give them a whirl.

I think I will order a dozen from Bill`s source.

I need them, over the years since I retired, had some just wear out, so ran out to the Dollar Store, Ace, WalMart, picked up some to get along and all lasted less than two uses.

Time to step up to bat and get some more good ones, and they are cheaper than I can buy them from my old company!

I don`t use sprayers often compared to most, but I`ve got a few of the orange and white/opaque sprayers from Home Depot that have held up for for a few years now. Not sure regular price, but I just picked up a few more for $1 each on sale. One has citrus degreaser that sees almost weekly use around the house and still works great.

These are great for turning product into aerosol...Like when using Megs Glass Cleaner Concentrate. They can`t be used on thick products.

I also love my battery operated sprayers....Not being lazy, they really do help relieve hand cramping, especially if your spraying alot of products all the time..:D

I have tried pretty much every trigger available and the ones I have found to last the longest are the ones that come on Duragloss bottles. I use mine 6 days a week and most of the ones I am using ( including in my wheel acid ) are over a year old. I have had both my Kwazars crap out with nothing more than APC in them. I`ve gone to pump sprayers instead of those and solved the problem.
