Customer wanted to get his Corvette cleaned up as it had not been done since it left the body shop a few months ago. Customer just wanted the paint looking better and good protection on the paint. Went with my Exterior Level 1 Package. End result was around 95% correction which was a huge difference for this vette.

Did not get many befores, as I did not have my camera and he dropped it off the night before he was suppose too.

One thing I hated about this car, since it was ALL fiberglass, even the Eraser did not stop the static charge this thing built up. Attracted dust like it was its job.

That`s one drop-dead gorgeous midyear! Very impressive work.

RE: the static thing, welcome to the world of Corvettes  I find that they are all dust magnets.

Not a welcome for me. I work inside a late model GM shop that specializes in Corvettes, so I have worked on quite a few. But this thing...WOW. I mean by the time I was done pulling the sealant off, you could literally feel about 1-2` off the paint, the static field. lol

Having done a LOT of vettes myself, I know the exact feeling you`re talking about! It gets even worse when removing BFWD, but for some reason, the Blackfire spray detailer cuts the static down to almost nothing. Give that a try. Nice work on a BEAUTIFUL car!
