Hello,

I have been looking at this polisher on amazon:

Amazon.com: Kawasaki 840578 6-Inch Orbital Waxer and Polisher: Home Improvement (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003G300DU/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?ie=UTF8&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER)

It has 4000 rmp speed I have been also looking at the turtle wax 6" polisher that has speed of 3500 rmp. It is $10 cheaper.

I have a 2003 black Subaru WRX (subaru paint is soft) and I have swirling on the paint. Other than the swirling my paint is in great shape. I have always kept wax on it and it has been professionally polished a few years back.

Will either of these orbitals be strong enough to make any progress on the swirls? I have 1z Einszett Paint polish and also a bottle of megs 205 and was going to use one of these on the paint. I know I really need the porter cable 7424xp but do not have too much money right now. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Drew

If you want to buy twice, sure grab one of those waxers. It won`t put a dent in the swirls, but it will empty your wallet. I have the Coleman version of the Kawasaki, its great for applying wax.

If money is that tight, buy some SRP or NXT and hide the swirls for a while. Its not like swirls are a life impacting thing. Save for the Griots machine.

Thanks,

Drew Why not just do UNO by hand with the Duo Pad shown in the 3rd video down Auto Polish Product for Car Paint, Plastic & Glass - HD Uno 32oz | 3DProducts (http://www.3dproducts.com/HD-Uno.html) Just don`t do the whole car on the same day or your arm may fall off.
