Tru Shine tackles a Campagna Motors T-Rex

I had a chance to work on somthing a little different a few weeks ago,

I was contacted by a local customer asking if I could make a difference in his T-Rex.

I was excited to see what I could do for it but more importantly I wanted to take it for a spin.

But with not having a motorcycle license, I had to settle for riding shotgun.

here are some pictures of my process.

I started by removing the seats, this doesn`t take much at all, just removing the pin from the head rest and the whole seat will come out.

I used Megs Super Degreaser to degrease the engine area, then agitated it with various brushes

the rear wheel was a polished aluminum, So I wanted to use a pH balanced wheel cleaner insuring that nothing gets damaged. Sonax Full Effect was chosen for this.

the Sonax was left to dwell

This EZ detail brush really helped to reach all the hard to get places.

http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k126/ericwitt04/TruShine%20detailing/T-Rex/ad0297ac.jpg

Next the T-rex recieved a foam bath to dislodge and loose or heavy debris

http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k126/ericwitt04/TruShine%20detailing/T-Rex/beeb4b23.jpg

Next I used my Metro Blower to get the water out of all the tight places

Then we come to the Correction, the Meguiars Microfiber DA system was used for cutting. here are some pics under the halogens

I love it. Nice transformation. When he asked if you could make a difference, did you reply: "with a name like Eric Tru Shine you know I can, sucka!"

It`s like an all new color!? so glossy...

I would have never guessed you would need a M-endorsement on your license to drive one of those?!

I have never seen one in person and really the only one I had seen before this was on rod dyrdek`s show. I bet its a fun ride whether driving or passenger.
