Can you use a Griot`s polisher with Back 2 Black on trimwork?

Most trim work is very fragile and/or textured. I would hesitate to use a DA on it. What sort of trim problems do you have, maybe we can help?

There are all kinds of "black trim"

I`ve done it with KAIO on the textured black rubber GM used on running board faces and the tops of rear bumpers (Suburban/Yukon etc.). I`ve also used Pinnacle PCL on the black plastic trim on `80s VWs. But a) you gotta do it right, and b) it can mess up some types of trim if it abrades the texture.

If you can, take pics of the trim because it can vary greatly on what it is made of and tons of other things. I`d not try a DA, but let us know further details first.

I don`t see any reason to use a trim dressing like our Back to Black with a DA. It would be faster and less messy to apply it as intended. An old wash cloth works great, as it provides "bite" to help the product clean.
