Saw this post re; the dilution ratio of Woolite.
http://www.autopia.org/forum/car-detailing-product-discussion/129703-woolite-interior-plastic-vinyl-leatherette.html
Scottwax mentions Woolite HE at a 20:1 ratio for cleaning. Anyone ever seen this stuff?? I have looked everywhere! I don`t even see it on Woolite`s web site??

I used to be able to purchase a Woolite HE product, but haven`t seen it for a few years.

I`ve got some of it that I use, but I haven`t looked for it in a while at the store.

Is that different than Woolite Heavy Traffic? I use this with much success.

This is the stuff I have:

It appears there also used to be this stuff:

Doesn`t appear they make the "HE" version of Woolite Complete, nor Woolite HE anymore based on their website. Strange.

Here it is on Amazon Amazon.com: Woolite Laundry Detergent, High-Efficiency, 50% More, 25 Loads 50 fl oz (1.48 l): Health & Personal Care (http://www.amazon.com/Woolite-Laundry-Detergent-High-Efficiency-Loads/dp/B001VLUXPO/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1317815882&sr=8-2)

I guess it`s more of a standard laundry soap than a specialized cleaner. I guess I`ll check again in the actual laundry detergent section. I was looking in the section where they had fabric softeners and the "run of the mill" Woolite.
Thanks!

It might be it is all HE now, just not labeled specially. Still using it 20:1, works great at that dilution.

I use the normal woolite and it works just fine for me but I don`t really have any bad stains to try it on or anything. I cut it at about 10 To 1. The scent is quite strong at times.

I looked at this stuff in the store last week. I guess the label has changed, and it`s real $$$.
I saw two HE flavors: one was called COMPLETE and the other was for dark colors. There might have been one or two other types that were not HE.
I think HE makes sense for auto applications since is will be low-foaming or no-foaming.

I use the Original on leather as I want a lot of foam for cleaning. The HE is a low sudsing product which is good for other applications where you don`t want a lot of suds.
