View Full Version : BMW Door jam trim

My `08 328XI has this "velour like" door jam trim that is just a huge magnet for lint & threads and such. Up until now, I`ve just been wiping it with my finger moving down the length of the trim to the bottom and then pulling off whatever I caught up.



I`m thinking that there has to be a more effective way. There are tons of these cars out there and I know one or two of you guys has a found a creative approach do clean this stuff or simply discovered the ideal tool.

I have mini sized adhesive lint rollers that I use on this trim. Works great for me.

My DD`s interior is *black* cloth. Lint rollers are a must!!

Blue painters masking tape also works very well, as the lint rollers do.
