how to remove white stains from black plastic textured trim? the stains are left from eagle 1 all purpose degreaser.

tried basically everything but it wont budge... not a single sign of improvement after 1hr of scrubbing with a whole bunch of chemicals...

Sounds like the product bleached it? Not good. Did you use it while the trim was hot or in full sun?

I`d take some pics and try contacting E1 for their explanation. Unless there`s something on the bottle that warns that this could happen or that it shouldn`t be used on trim like this, they mght be on the hook for the repair/replacement of the part.

ill sure do that, but i still need some kind of solution for the customer NOW... :(

the piece is pretty complicated to take off, it has a few other things screwed over it, so i should take apart half the bike to repaint that piece alone...

The only temporary thing I could recommend is dressing it and explaining it to your client. Pics would really help alot too.

i kinda masked it with the TW black trim wax, told the customer what happened, and of course, he said he doesnt give a crap about it. its not even visible now. explained him how it WILL BE visible again after a few washes and so on, but he didnt even wanted to listen. anway, im gonna mail E1 about that cause it went good on the bike pick up, but i still want to repair this as it should be done.
