Hello,
I had my black 1999 Viper GTS ACR detailed at a local shop here in Northern VA. They did a good job on the inside and engine bay (although the car was in great shape to begin with, only 960 miles on it) however the exterior detail is not to my standards. I asked if their detailer was proficient in the art and they assured me he was. I made it clear that I wanted a mirror finish and all swirl/ holograms taken away. The car under the sun still shows swirl marks and now even has a haze effect which it did not have before. The shop owner told me he was not happy with the results and thinks it was a product they used. He wanted me to bring the car back so they could correct it. I rather a professional detailer who knows what they are doing and the products they are using fix the issues. I did a search on the forums however came up short.
