Marty contacted me a few weeks ago about seeing if I could improve the paint on a customers car. Looked at it and knew that I could make it look better. So car was finished this week and went out to knock it out. Car was in pretty bad shape, most of the paint was oxidatized, so I corrected it and brought it back to what it should be.

Anyways...the pictures...

Wow - that car looks like it has been freshly repainted. The owner now just needs to fix the tail light!

It was getting replaced. The shop had it on order and it should have arrived today.

Thanks, and what do you mean on the moldings? Other than wiping them down with Chemical Guys Green Clean 5:1, that was about it.

I`m talking about the rubber that surrounds the quarter windows and is bonded to the glass. On a lot of Fox Mustangs the rubber looks pretty bad from weathering. I`ve tried a lot of stuff and nothing seems to work real well on them. Sounds like the ones on the car that you worked on weren`t too bad though. Again, nice work, car looks very nice.

I used to have a Fox ... and literally nothing worked on those 1/4 window`s ... lol ... you`re not alone. Once they are weathered and pitted. Their done.
