I have a car that has a very tiny cracked bit of paint 1" x 1/4" - that has started to pick up some surface rust simply from sitting outside in humidity all the time.
This crack never rusted back home in CA (no rain or humidity, but we moved East in March).
I`m selling the car. I don`t want to repaint - just clean and touch up the spot without removing any paint or sanding etc.
What`s the best approach to clean the rust up before touching up?
