My daily driver black fabric si seats that are giving me problems. Sides are alcantara (which is not stained just fading a little), and middle section is some sort of soft fabric webbing. Soft almost cottony feel to it, and it`s netted like a sport seat or ergonomic office chair. Pickups up lint and stains really easily. I`ve tried woolite 10:1 to try and get some of the stains out. Some were taken out but some remained and others were gained from what I would assume be the water? I`m guessing like a "sport" seat water staining effect some of the time. Also, using a wet/dry vac I could not extract the water because of the "netting". I would up just soaking up cleaning solution with microfiber and misting with a little more clean water to "rinse". Soaking up finally with microfiber. Very hard process that left the seat very damp.

Are there better products and methods I can use to clean these seats and get stains out?

I don`t have a power washer so don`t think the removing and power washing is an option. Also I think there`s actually airbags in the seats I have to be careful with.

Not my seats but they show how they stain. Mine are in MUCH better condition but still have annoying stains that sometimes appear out of nowhere:

There aren`t any airbags in your seat.

As for cleaning these seats, a shop vac, soft bristle brush, some agitation, super diluted APC(test spot), and a good extractor worked well in my case.

I definitely understand your pain though, worked on several civics with this type of fabric and it is a pity. :(
