Cleaning out weep holes

Hey everyone. My car is an 09 Mustang and I would like to get everyone`s methods of cleaning out the weep holes....cleaningout leaves and dirt from inside the door hinge area (front quarter panels). Someone told me once to use a wire hanger to fish leaves out but I would think this will scratch the paint and REALLY cause rust. I clean my car at the self service bay...but I use my own supplies i.e. no foam brish. I try to hit the front quarter panels with the high pressure wand. My car is also a vert, so I try to hit the areas where the top meets the body (though I try not to use the high pressure feature)



One last thing...the doors. If I shoot the area where the windows roll down with the high presure wand would this be sufficient in cleaning out any leaves/debris that may be caught in there???

I use pipe cleaners (as in smoking) and can of compressed air.
