I got the new car undercoated a month or so ago and yesterday I noticed some smaller specks of it on my paint`s surface.

It`s the black rubberized undercoating. I wasn`t too sure if I should simply get the rotary out and a very mild polish or try my sonus green clay?

Either the clay or some mineral spirits should work fine.

What are mineral spirits?

A solvent, and yeah, that`s the actual wording on the can.

I`ve never dealt with the rubberized stuff, so I can`t offer any advice :nixweiss I`d probably try a solvent, so the Mineral Spirits is a fine first-try choice.

Where could I get it?

striker- I`d just try some big box home improvement store, or a paint place. If you want PrepSol/etc. solvents, look for your local autobody/paint supply store.
