Quick Question - Spots on Car Dash Plastic

I have little spots on my plastic that cover the speedometer and such. I believe it is from leather cleaner which I accidentally sprayed through the steering wheel. I`ve tried rubbing these spots out, but they are really tough to get off. Any tips or hints on what I can do?
