Here are the five products that I am fancying to have in my shelf: Poorboys World Natty`s Blue, S100 Carnauba Wax, Collinite 845 Insulator Wax, Collinite 476s Double Coat Wax, Finish Kare 1000P.

I read that these are great products and not as expensive as the other enthusiast wax. But if you can only buy two of these products, what will you choose? Why?

P.S After telling us your personal preference, please recommend two for me. It`s for a daily driver that is parked outside 24/7. Climate is humid with temperatures that ranges from 78F to 93F. After two months of hot summer, occasional rains in the afternoon is expected. :lol1:

Hands down Collinite 845 Insulator Wax - or - Finish Kare 1000P. Both offer great protection since your car is outside 24/7 and IMO they both look good as well.

I use all of these except poorboys. Skip the S100 if your car lives outside - the sun and rain will quickly break it down. 845, 476, and FK1000 are all similar products so I`d just choose one to start and go from there. I`d sample them in this order: 845, FK1000P, then 476. 845 will be easiest to work with. I prefer FK1000P over 476 mostly just becuase you get a bunch more for the same price and it hs some higher temp properties. I`ve also had some occassional issues with 476 holograming / turning oily a day or two after buffing off on a black car. I fixed it with detail spray, not a big deal, but something I have not experienced with FK1000P.

Ok, I`ll bite on this. :suspicious:

S100 because it is the easiest of all you have listed to use, plus it does look good.

FK1000p because it is the only sealant that you have on your list, plus it has very good protection.

476 since your car is a DD sitting outside 24/7. I live in a industrial area and for some reason 845 left water spot etching, where I have not had this problem with 476.

I love S100, but after 2 weeks and a wash, it degraded quite a bit. But fun to apply, etc.

Thanks guys. Maybe the S100 beats the rest when it comes to looks but I will have to cross it out due to its durability under the sun. With that in mind, I am locked with FK100 as my sealant. I was convinced with its description of longevity and durability under the heat (sold with "Wi-Temp").

I`d go without the FK & the Collinite 845 out of those you have listed.

I just ordered FK1000P and 845, a sealant and wax combination. I can use the two interchangeably or top the 845 on the FK1000P. It`s a lot of product for one car so I think I can experiment a bit. =D
