Hi all,
A black matt (semi matt) car will be joining my family soon, and I am wondering what wax to conserve it with? I heard Swissvax is making a special wax for this type of finish, but either way it will be more than I want to spend...

I would avoid anything that leases a white powdery residue. I`d stick with a pure polymer.

Any specific products you would recommend?
Im afraid of the wax making the finish too shiny...or will this not be the case with a semi-matt finish?

Nanoskin SHIELD would be perfect for matte paint. Simply spray it on, and it goes on as aerosol, and walk away. Amazing protection and beading too.

While I understand how a dedicated opaque wax works, what benefit does the opaque bathe give me though over a regular hiqh-quality wash?
