I did a customers 2009 Toyota Corolla recently that had the standard plastic wheelcovers. Most cleaned up OK, but there was one that had a heavy accumulation of either brake or rust dust embeded into the plastic between the spokes. I tried brushing them with Optimun Power Clean straight that took a little off but not all. Any other ideas short of repainting?
