For bulk chemicals that need diluting I xfer from the gallon jug into a measuring cup, from there I pour it into the jug the diluted chemical will be in and add water. Then to get the mixture into a `working` bottle (spray/squeeze) I do what BigAl3 does only I add roughly 2 foot clear plastic tubing to the spout and fill away.

For bulk items that are already usable (ie spray waxes and liquid waxes like Mes 26) use the measuring cup again and funnel if necessary and pour it again into the `working` bottle.

No need to get anything fancy. Keep it simple.

BTW I guess I`m kind of lucky I got basically an unlimited supply of spouts (like above) and both 1 & 5 gallon collapsible containers (like the flexible water bladders used for camping) and solid 2 gallon jugs. (working at a research university does have it`s perks and the jugs are safe, they only contain normal saline)

I have something similar to the US Plastics containers with spouts, only in larger sizes like maybe 2.5 gallons (funny that I can`t say just what size :o )...got `em in a nice rack from TOL ages ago, but they no longer list that setup. It holds a scad of various products in a very small footprint.

ya, i saw the larger ones some (can remember where) but they`re a little to big for most my needs. usually use them for mixing up things so they are ready to use (ie APC, tire/wheel cleaners, etc.)

Whereas I do it bass-ackwards and keep concentrates in big jugs and then dilute them in the little spray-bottles! Heh heh, I might oughta rethink that, but it seems like I use varying dilutions and I`d hate to have gallons of [whatever] at the wrong strength.

To get a bit more fancy, these work on 1 gallon containers. Just trim to size.

I use a similar pump on my 1g jugs of ONR and meg`s APC+. For other stuff that I do not use nearly as often, I use a small plastic measuring cup.
