This bike is a 1998 Suzuki Intruder that just got some custom work done to it. It had the fenders wrapped and taillight was custom made buy using LED strips and drilling holes in the rear fender. The bike parts were than painted maroonish red. It`s actually the honda ridgeline red with a little bit more red flake in it.

Process-

Washed just the painted pieces with griot`s Spray on Wash

Then Wet sanded w/1500 to get rid of orange peel than went over with 2000

Polishing Process with Flex rotary-

POS34A w/4" LC Cyan pad 1100RPM`s to spread product out than 1500RPM`s to break down polish at medium pressure

PO203 w/4" LC Cyan Pad at 1100RPM`s to spread product out than 1800RPM`s to break down polish at medium pressure

PO106FA w/4" LC Black Pad at 1100RPM`s to spread product than 1800RPM`s to break down polish at medium pressure than lightened up on last pass

PO115CQ w/4" LC Blue CCS Pad at 1100RPM`s to spread product out than 2100RPM`s to break down the polish at light/medium pressure

(You guys may be saying that I used a lot of steps, but I was working on getting the most gloss and clarity out of the paint since it was just recently painted.)

IPA Wipedown with 93%IPA with a 3:1 Ratio with water

LSP-

3 coats of BFWD (this is the first time I`ve ever used this product, and OMG I found my LSP for almost all vehicles, Easy on and easy off in thin layers)

Here`s the pics (sorry for the lack of before pics, but I was on a time crunch)

Nice work, I hate doing bike, have a Harley Sporty in the garage right now, no fun.

It was a little challenging because of all the curve`s and contour of the bike. the hardest part was going through the triple tree on the front fender and doing the backside of the front fender, just couldn`t get control and pressure. I just did a couple more passes with the polish and lighter pressure
