I have these stains on my paint that are like maple syrup, but dried on. Whats a good way to remove it?

Sounds like tree sap is on your paint. Use a little isopropyl alcohol on a microfiber towel. You will then need to clay and wax afterwards.

Maple syrup...I usually like to wipe them off with a non-marring pancake...

Seriously though, listen to JohnKleven, if you let that sap bake in the sun it will turn to amber and be really difficult to remove.

Its not tree sap. I park in the city and the garbage collectors arent really friendly when handling trash bags. So the spills from the bags are usually sticky stuff (maple syrup like). Usually it gets baked on for 2-3 weeks before I can get to it. I will try the alcohol. Thanks.

If that doesn`t work, a little APC+ or 3M adhesive remover should work. best of luck :)

I do have some Optimum Power Clean. Maybe I can try that. Wonder if ONR would be sufficient to remove the power clean after.
