anyone see the Z4 episode of ultimate factories on the speed channel ?
pretty interesting to see how everything comes together, but of course the body prep and paint segment was great.
ostrich feathers are effecient @ collecting dust !

i think i seen that program one tim when they were making the Audi R8`s but i have never seen it on after that. What channel is it generally on?

The Corvette and Camaro episodes were also really cool.
The Ferrari was excellent as was the Porsche

I caught the BMW one a few weeks ago and have seen the R8 (last night) and Ferrari ones. The Ferrari trumps them all though. Someday I will be the guy that test drives them at the factory track before delivery. I just have to get around to updating my resume.

I guess i should have known that the speed channel would have "car" related factories..... I will have to look for the other makes/models..... for a while there, I thought it was more than just automotive plants.

I was able to catch that episode. Also, I think the Ferrari factory was absolutely incredible. However, the Rolls Royce episode blew me away at the attention to detail and how the cars are prepared for many years of service.
I guess i should have known that the speed channel would have "car" related factories..... I will have to look for the other makes/models..... for a while there, I thought it was more than just automotive plants.
