If I put a layer of Klasse AIO on my car and then apply Ultimate Quik Wax on top of it, will the Ultimate Quik Wax layer on top of AIO or will it dissolve/strip the AIO?

There is no reason UQW should remove any wax or sealant.
The information regarding the product also states: Meguiars Ultimate Quik Wax can be used alone for paint protection, but it also makes a great maintenance wax for existing base coats. For example, if your vehicle has Meguiars NXT Generation Tech Wax, you can use Meguiars Ultimate Quik Wax to reinforce the polymer protection after regular washing.
You should be good to go!
