Is it possible to have a car sanded down to the factory paint coat and then recoated with a clear coat? Someone asked me on a different thread if i had orange peel. I didnt know what orange peel was so i looked it up. And now it bugs the heck out of me when i see it. Id like to wet sand my car but i have read its not a good idea on factory paint. By throwing on a new clear coat, if thats possible, i can sand the new one down.

This car has a nice shine. Try looking at the detail in the rim of the G35 reflecting off the Acura.

Now look at the detail in this one. Particularly the building reflecting off the trunk. The difference is even GREATER than the difference between HDTV and regular TV.
