Hi guys,

I have been cruising around in this forum soaking up as much as I can over the last few days. Certainly have learned a lot but that is no replacement for experience. I would appreciate it if you would take a look at these pictures and help me formulate a plan of attack for this car/paint.

Paint probably needs a 3 step. M105, then SIP or 203s, finish with 106FF or 85rd.

Looks like it could stand a good polishing topped with some souveran paste wax.

Some Dinan performance accessories! :D

Kidding aside, D&D mentioned a great approach above...

The car has the dinan signature package installed on it (thank you previous owner!).

I will look into the 3 step paint process prescribed by D&D.

Any input on the interior or wheels/tires? I plan to refinish the wheels due to the rash you see on them.

There are some small rock chips on the front clip as well, any advice one cleaning those up?

I figure once I fix the rock chips I will install one of the clear film bras, any experience with those?

Thanks for all the input guys!

Leather Masters or LTT Solutions for the leather. 1z Cockpit Premium for the interior trim, rubber, etc.

For the clear bra, PPF, go with a professional and licensed installer of VentureShield. All the installers I know swear by it over 3M.

What pads would be appropriate for these polishes?

Although the car isn`t HEAVILY swirled, it will need a 2 step machine polish. I would suggest SIP and Super Finish with orange and white lake country ccs pads. If these were in a car with soft paint, they could be removed with single step polish. Unfortunately, BMW clearcoat is hard as a rock.
