How do I get rid of this?

I`ve tried clay barring it but the wont budge...what else?

Can`t really tell from the picture, but it seems to be some sort of splatter.



If clay barring didn`t work, polishing might.

It is hard to tell but looks more like scuff marks from road debris hitting it.

I agree with Bunky, looks like typical road rash on headlights. You could probably try and polish it out or wetsand followed by a polish.
