Process:

Wash with Meguiar`s NXT Wash Soap

Simple Green diluted 2:1 for engine bay and wheel wells

WD-40 to dress engine bay and wheel wells

Meguiar`s Hot Rims All-Wheel Cleaner

Meguiar`s Mirror Glaze Aggressive Claybar

Meguiar`s Mirror Glaze Mild Claybar

Meguiar`s M85 Diamond Cut Compound 2.0, Meguiar`s W4000 wool cutting pad, Makita 9227C rotary @ 2000rpms

Meguiar`s Ultimate Compound, Meguiar`s W7006 foam cutting pad, Meguiar`s G110 D/A @ speed 6

Meguiar`s SwirlX, Meguiar`s W8006 foam polishing pad, Meguiar`s G110 D/A @ speed 5

Meguiar`s NXT Tech Wax 2.0, Meguiar`s W9006 foam finishing pad, Meguiar`s G110 D/A @ speed 3

Meguiar`s Ultimate Quick Detailer

Meguiar`s Ultimate Quick Wax

Meguiar`s NXT Insane Shine Tire Spray

Looks better then it did before that`s for sure.



Why do you degrease the engine bay just to spray it down with WD40 again??? kind of counter productive don`t you think?

It was done right before I got the car. The majority of the work was paint correction.




Meguiars 105/205 would do you wonders! You have no idea how nice that combo is.

I`ve tried M105/M205, and honestly, I prefer the diminishing abrasives in the M85/UC combo.

I`ve defended my position on this several times on here... it`s an old detailer`s trick. It wicks out water from sensors, after pressure washing.

WD-40 = Water Displacement 40: It serves as a solvent, dressing, grease, etc.
