I woke up today to watch the news and the local weather man here in NEPA said rain today and then tomorrow in the 50`s....then in the upper 70`s to low 80`s for Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun. I ordered some supplies and was getting ready to begin the detailing season. I thought things were looking up until.....I woke up from a mid afternoon nap (yes, it is a dreary sleepy day) and found this....

Ah, the white stuff ! We have the white stuff for nearly 6 months out of the year, so I can relate. That said, fixed shop location is your friend :)

Today was the first time in 160 days that we`ve hit 80 in Dallas, second longest stretch ever. Some areas of the metroplex got 6-12" of snow over the weekend to start spring this year.

New York has been hit with rain for the past 3 days. I hate rescheduling! Rain is only good when you`ve been on a 8 day stretch and your hands need a break. :)

This whole winter has been a rescheduling nightmare. The Dallas area is generally detailing friendly even in the winter. Not so this year. I actually had several reschedules because it was flat out too cold to work.

:grinno: Sorry, that just sounds funny, seeing as I see -60F every winter for at least a few days at a time.

I don`t live up north on purpose. Dallas is too cold in the winter for me. Hell, so is Phoenix.
