Hey all-

I had the misfortune of having a raccoon run in front of my car last night while I was on the highway. I ended up hitting it and cracking my front bumper on the 08 Accord Coupe.

My deductible is $500, so if I`m spending that either way, I`m thinking about getting a aftermarket/performance bumper. Any suggestions on reputable sites to check out?

Dave

Try a Honda forum. And stay away from fiberglass kits.

Do you have a lein on your car? If so, make sure you choose your Body Shop carefully. It`s more or less Insurance Fraud when you make a claim and you/shop put on parts other than what the Insurance company allows.

no, no lein. but i think i`m going to put the factory body kit on my honda. it`ll cover up the crack in the front bumper...

CHH Is a very reputable Honda parts dealer..

Here`s the link for all the rest of the exterior accessories for your car. (You can get the whole lip kit!)

thanks for the link - i was actually looking at that... but i don`t know if i really want to drop $1200 to put on a full body kit, when i could replace the bumper for a couple hundred.

you think it would look weird if i only put on the front lip?
