PAC is not longer going to market some Menzerna brand products (FMJ. Final Polish II, and a few other products) under the Menzerna label.
Per the PAC web site, "we are discontinuing the purple labeled CMA Menzerna products..." These will now be sold under the Eimann Fabrik brand. It also added "the names will stay the same, as they are our property and we still want people to know they are getting the same great product."
It appears PAC will likely carry the Menzerna USA products like Menzerna USA`s Power Lock.
I guess Menzerna USA has taken over all rights to the Menzerna names and releasing products themselves rather than license the name to PAC. Menzerna seems to be a subsidiary of Menzerna Germany.
