What is the ideal dilution to safely clean chrome wheels?

My guess is full strength but i always start at 1:3 unless I need more.

I wouldnt worry too much about chrome. Chrome is one of the more resilient metals and most chrome cleaners are acidic anyways. Powerclean should be perfectly fine even at full strength.
