Got the idea for a quick-wash video from Blake and NorthWestAutoSalon.

Basically a 1-hour wash in 1.5 minutes.

No real purpose other than something to throw on the website and a reason to update the Social Marketing pages with (i.e. FaceBook, ect)

You see, no power washer needed. Good marketing idea. My detailed wash takes about an hour to 1.5 hours depending how dirty.

Actually, it looked like he was using a pressure washer. My pressure washer is a Nomad, lol.

Sorry I dont use a pressure washer never did. Never will different strokes for different folks....thats why there is so many choices. You wouldnt work at our restoration shop power washing high end vehicles with 50 thousand dollar paint jobs.

They are safe when used properly, as evidenced by many pros here using them on $200-400k cars and coming out perfect.

Sorry to hijack.

Very cool vid. Checked out your site too and its VERY well done.

Ok, Ok but its a personal choice...mostly because I am on the road. I even brush wash my house each year. The power washer is too tough on the vinyl.

Cool video. Looks like the soap is dripping off at regular speed while you`re moving fast foward.

man i couldn`t live without a pressure washer. Makes the job a heck of a lot easier. I don`t always use it but if the car is really filthy it helps knock off a lot of stuff to minimize marring.

Very cool video though. Digging the song.

Very cool idea! How did you speed up the video, did you use iMovie? What is the name of the song?

Cheers,

GREG

I also think the song was a very good choice!

With the real dirty ones I can see a pressure washer helping out. Like I said no two detailers use the same approach.
