I am about to detail a co-workers car, it is a black Kia Spectra.

Im not going to spend all day polishing it, I was just going to use Pinnicle XMT 360 All-in-one...It claims to "clean-polish-protect" and says to have some sealant built into it.

I also just got some Blackfire Wet Diamond, i have been itching to try it. Would it be a bad thing to put BFWD over the XMT 360?

Or should I just put some wax over the XMT 360?

was going to use a Green or orange pad for the 360, and Grey/black pad for the BFWD (or wax).

i say use the orange pad for the XMT and then use a black pad to apply the BFWD....but apply the BFWD on a low rpm

no no...i know what pads to use..

i was asking if I could apply BFWD over this:

XMT 360 corrects, cleans, and seals auto paint! XMT 360 is more than a cleaner wax, its a swirl remover, polish, and paint sealant in one. (http://www.autogeek.net/xmt-360.html)

I know that XMT 360 isnt a "true" sealant, because its an "all-in-one" but i was wondering if BFWD will cure or set properly over it.

I think 360 has carnauba in it, and I know I`ve read on CMA not to apply BFWD over a carnauba because it won`t bond. That being said, you probably only have a little durability to lose, so you can always try it and see how it holds up.
