This noble needed a bit of TLC to say the least. The owner was going to sell it and just wanted it cleaned up a bit—turned out to be more of a project for us. We couldn’t let it o with just a mild clean up, so we polished it with M205 and sealed with UPP. The car had buffer trails all over it and was overall very dirty.

The majority of the time was spent during the wash—so many cracks and crevices!

Hard color to capture and the buffer swirls were hard to see too, but you get the idea..

This is the same spot after we removed the fillers during the wash process:

This really needed to be sanded, but this is what one pass of M205 did:

[Insert usual :bow regarding ebpcivicsi`s work here..]

Did you have to IPA/etc. between the M205 and the UPP?

So far they have played quite well together--no bonding issues that I can detect(still 3-5 months here in memphis without "boosters" or "leaves something behind" qd`s :D) I do find that the "new" UPP seems to have more cleaners/solvent carriers than the older version (forget which older one I am referring to--v3 maybe--smeels like bubble gum).

Thanks guys!

ebpcivicsi- OK, roger that. And I have trouble telling which of my two UPPs is which...v2.0/v3.0; one is basically white and the other has a blue color :nixweiss But I haven`t tried any of the newer stuff...
