Never had that issue. I start out using a wool pad. Did you shake the product well before use?

Why are you using a yellow heavy cutting pad? This pad is designed for products such as M105. You need to use AT MOST, an orange pad. Softer paints will require white or black pads, otherwise they will hologram/swirl.

Try using less product.

Cannot help on the rotary, but I have had good success using via PC and an orange or green pad depending on the situation

Wait I thought D151 was supposed to be via rotary and Wool pads?

I`m sure it works otherwise but that was the recommended way as I understood it.

Just went to the garage and checked the label to be sure but D-151 is also rec. for DA use. There are a separate list of directions for DA use. I have used several times with the DA and no issues but then again I do not own a rotary.

I`ve used it with a wool pad on a rotary to correct then on a DA just in cased it left some holograms.

Wool is easier to work than foam on a rotary. You can use wool on any color.
