I have some new e-code sealed beam conversions that have never been installed. There is a cloudy film on the inside of the lenses.
I can stick a pencil through the bulb opening and easily wipe the film off with the eraser end, but I can`t access the entire lens this way because of the bulb shield, small opening, etc.
I`ve disassembled many projector beams to clean off this film, but these conversions aren`t easily disassembled.
Is there anything on the market that I can pour in, swish around, dump, rinse and force air dry that will remove this film and not damage the reflector or seal?
If you`ve done this before, what worked for you and what didn`t?
TIA
